the ultigan is a keki-gen-kai that uses “mirror” techniques to use the opponents force or powers against them. However, master level ultigan users have access to all techniques known to anyone, plus their clans most powerful technique, reality change no jutsu.
Levels: Unactivated: higher senses. Level one: can copy basic techniques if other does it first (like sharingan) Level two: same as level one but more advanced techniques Level three: same, but expert techniques Level four: can copy all techniques, including bloodline jutsus (not reality change no jutsu however). &
